Thursdays I have a weekly meeting at 7am in town with other local businesses and that means we need to get up early and move fast to get out the door on time.
Cub likes to stall when he knows I am in a hurry so he says "Mom, I cant start moving until I get my morning hug" as I'm already half way done the stairs to get lunches and snacks ready. He yells "c'mon" to hurry me up. I tell Ruger to go get him, Ruger jumps up on the bed and starts to root around the blankets and gets that wet, cold nose underneath. Cub sleeps in the nude; so that large, wet, cold nose gets him moving pretty quick!
Walking into school on this dreary, misty morning...
