{san francisco girls trip}

Our last trip together as a group was 18 years ago.  I think we were due for a get away!
Thank goodness Erin had a Pediatric conference in San Francisco, it gave us all a chance to explore the city for 4 days and enjoy each other's company.

We really made the most of our days! We did a lot of the standard tourist stuff: rode the double decker sightseeing bus, walked fisherman's wharf, rode a cable car, walked around Sausalito, walked down Lombard Street, crossed the Golden Gate Bridge, visited the sea lions at Pier 39, walked around marina district and had lunch with my cousin Cristin and her kiddos, shopped, and laughed a lot.

We ate some incredible food as well.  Farmer Brown, Fino, Tacolicious, Delarosa, Eagles Nest, Farm:Table, Trident, The Pub BBQ, and Chowder Hut just to name a few.

With the time change and busy days we found ourselves in bed relatively early at night.  We did make a point to stay up late one night at Lefty O'Doul's.  It's an Irish piano bar just a block from our hotel.  Fun times were had for sure!

Our flight home was delayed about 3 hours so it made for a long day sitting in the airport on Tuesday.
Below are pictures from our trip in no particular order.  Also, you'll notice how windy it was by the crazy hair we had!
