{girls weekend}

I think it's best to start her young and make sure she knows what a girls weekend is all about: crazy fun, comfy jammies, movies, food and desserts.  Really, is there anything else?  I'm not ashamed to admit we ate hamburgers for every meal and watched Frozen far too much.  Cami and I share a mutual love for a nice juicy burger so the menu was a no brainer.  There may have been a few Frozen dance parties going on since it is her favorite movie.  Frankly, if I never see it again that will be fine with me!   The boys would check in and send us pictures now and then.  Everyone was enjoying the trip and turkeys were harvested for Thanksgiving.

Friday, we got to meet our newest cousin, Shiloh, and also congratulate Dani and Cameron for producing another pretty great human being.
Living up the girls weekend theme we stopped for ice cream on the way home from the hospital. It was late, around 9:30pm, and Cami's wound up in her lap as she fell asleep in the car.  She licked her shirt clean after she woke up and realized what happen, she's not gonna let good ice cream go to waste. Weirs appreciate their ice cream like nothing else!

Saturday, Cami and I got our nails done because what goes better with farm chores then a fresh manicure?  Honestly, that's not something we really do very often so she was really excited.  She got her first mani/pedi and she still giggles when she says that.

Saturday evening we enjoyed dinner and a show thanks Eva's 18th birthday and the Howard Lake Winsted Waverly High School play, The Government Inspector.  Our cousin's, Eva and Warren, were in it and man oh man they were good!

Sunday was a perfect day for loungin' and playing cards.  Cami is quite the card shark so be careful if she ever asks you to play with her! Dan and Jacob returned home around 1pm with stories from the successful hunt.
